I would never ever get a service/MOT done here. I am utterly devastated by the horrendous service I received at Toyota. Entrusting my car for a routine service and MOT turned into a nightmare. Upon retrieval, it seemed someone had hit something because I found my front bumper scratched all over, my wheel was covered with mud, and one of the parts was incorrectly seated. This experience has left me deeply disheartened.
