Recently tried to update will. Could not reach them by phone, only email. I prefer to talk and see who I am dealing with. Used another firm who were excellent
They asked for cash only and like a fool I paid them.Haven’t heard from them since.AVOID like the plague unless you want to get fleeced.
This company did our wills but now they are no longer answering messages or responding to emails. Their phone system has been shut down. Website seems ok but can only assume they are no longer trading. If they are its a terrible way to run a business. They have wasted my time and will now go elsewhere.
Don't seem to be in Dunstable despite website showing It plus premium rate call on the one number that work needs to update website
