I would avoid this company, if you value your property, time and money. We have successfully taken this company to small claims court, for the value of £5000 for a flashing repair that was not completed to standard. Whilst the courts have ruled in our favour, we have yet to receive any form of acknowledgement or refund and will soon be forced to appoint balifs to pursue our legal claim. Terrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs. They refused to clear away rubbish at the end of the job - had to clear it myself. Couldn't be bothered to call the skip company to get that removed, had to do that too. Fly-tipped one of their old ladders in our front garden - luckily picked up as scrap metal. Failed to send a copy of the guarantee. Even carelessly dropped a bit of old tile down our gas boiler flue!
