Avoid these!! Not happy with the way they are treating my parents, my dad isn't well and because the rent was going into the thousands each month they had to move, now are being asked to pay a ridiculous amount of money back, landlords of the property are earning millions by the way, in my eyes I wouldn't pay them anything, not happy at all
Sophie in lettings is extremely rude and has a piss poor attitude when dealing with customers. She sent a rent increase letter in January to increase my rent by £70. Despite me showing proof a property was recently rented in the same block for the same price in december. I later discover yet another apartment in the same block is being advertised less than what my current increased rent amount is, with a larger living space. I had an awful experience with this real estate company. During a call, I was abruptly cut off after being asked how many people and what type of people would live in the property. As someone whose first language isn’t English, this felt blatantly discriminatory and unprofessional. This company clearly lacks respect for customers, and such behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
