My car was there for 3 weeks for service and was found to have a recall. They returned my car without repairing the recall saying that Carmax is responsible. Carmax brought the car back to Sterling McCall and now the car has been there for a week, as if they are holding it hostage and NO ONE is taking responsibility. My service manager has not been forthcoming or transparent. She is clueless and never available. Her covering service rep was more helpful. The delay was due to the availability of parts. The additional problem with the car is not under warranty. Since you purchased the vehicle from CarMax, we recommended that you contact them for possible assistance.
