RecommendedUntil today I have experienced excellent customer service at Sterling McCall. I dropped my car off on Friday for a GPS recall issue, it was supposed to be ready Monday. Over the weekend I got a text that my car failed the battery test and needed a new battery that would cost $213. I started calling at 8:00 on Monday morning. Buyers BEWARE!!! Especially if you buy long distance from this dealer!! We purchased a used 2013 Range Rover Sport for 24k. They wouldn’t budge on the price. Then they wouldn’t let us have the shipper pick it up for over a week. We knew something was weird. We paid $600 for a shipper to haul it up by Amarillo from Houston.
