I pulled up, they knew my name and my cars history. I had a nail, or something, in my tire. They knew right away that the tires were insured and replaced it fast. Gold Star Sterling McCall Lexus

Obsoletely terrible service . I taken my car to Sterling McCall Lexus service department after all of my tires were stolen . I have asked them several times to do a complete check on the car to make sure nothing else was damaged. They told me that they checked several times and everything is good . When I received my car back my tires were making loud noise when I drove and my door was damaged. They told me that they will try to find out why I received such a bad service, but I haven’t heard from them for a week now .

Went for my 20k service. These people are super efficient, kept me abreast of everything going on, and pointed me to a free breakfast taco bar. What’s not to love?!
