Technology advisers are not very knowledgeable. They did not know the difference between Mobile Assistant and Android Auto. Surprising given about 80% of all new cars now have Android Auto. I was trying to get my 2019 Lexus ES updated with Android Auto. Surprised to learn that it's not available given it's in the 2020, which is the exact same car, same hardware. Bradley, my service advisor was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. However, I'm surprised this dealer doesn't provide a military discount. I've been serviced by more than nine Lexus dealers around the country from Pennsylvania to Florida to Nevada, and McCall is the only dealer who doesn't honor our military. Sad. As a totally disabled combat veteran, I'm thoroughly disappointed.
