I am highly disappointed this is my second occurrence with this Lexus dealership. They scratched my dashboard initially and refuse to accept they did it and send me away by telling me it was defaulted anyways and would soon be replaced. Today I take it to finally get replaced due to dashboard melting and now my radio system is not working and now have to go back and repair. Marlon our service advisor is on point always. Greets by name and a smile on his face. When he says he has it all arranged for you by a certain time he really means it. No question goes unanswered with him. Service is great and loaner cars are clean and top notch. Highly recommend them to anybody that asks. The whole team deserves a high five.
