I had an amazing experience yesterday when I had to get a tire taken care of. Ronald Miranda and the service team really helped every step of the way, coordinating our safe arrival to Sterling McCall Lexus via Roadside assistance. We had a loaner for a day and got our car back all fixed up within 24hrs. Awesome experience, thank you!
