First class customer service. Had my brakes done and my oil changed, used the opportunity to drive a different Lexus as a loaner car just in case 😉 My service adviser Paul was on top of arrival and pickup. Also had the opportunity to speak with the service manager, Paul Krenzer. Paul was outstanding as he observed Lexus customers arriving. There’s a saying first impression is always the last impression. An email was sent to 5 different Sterling McCall managers and directors for a feedback and question that I wanted to confirm... NOT one person replied from that email which leads me to believe that this place has poor customer service and they don’t care about their customers once they received the money! I do NOT recommend!

I called with a dead battery at noon, was there by 1pm and out the door by 4 pm. Carl Sousa was awesome to work with. He kept me informed the entire time. Luckily my battery was still in the warranty time
