Charged me a broker fee though on the illustration they edited the wording so it looked like the lenders product fee -- they even forced to me to use their Solicitors though again it was reffered to as lenders solicitors (found out later this was untrue when I asked the bank direct ) ---- they only forced me to use their solicitors to make sure the solicitors paid them the broker fee the moment I completed
