The lady on reception is such a really very down to earth & most fun loving individual!! She must must have walked here for very many years & she is still to this day providing a 110% service!!!! 😍😍😍😍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤩🤩🤩🤩
Lovely staff. I was worried after reading the reviews that I might be treated horribly but it was the opposite. The receptionist was lovely and helpful and friendly. The doctor was friendly and listened to me. Got my prescription sorted very quickly with my gp. I'm very happy with my experience
Rude nurse on the phone, I have been waiting since Wednesday for a phone call back, I leave it until today she just wanted to go home, not fit for purpose, Mary Ogabi when I have to go to Steps To Health I don't want to see this lady under no circumstances who makes you feel worse after a phone call asking for help this lady does, Ruth Tanti isn't any better either, just threw everything together on her computer without listening to me like she should of done 0 stars
Awful experience. I tried to rearrange an appointment 3 times. First I was put through to the kitchen. Second attempt I was told "I only deal with doctors" and was put through to a deadline. Then my last attempt I was told, "I will take a message, but it's not my job to" My letters say to call Steps To Health to amend appointments, can someone tell the receptionists that!
Do not go to this place, if you or anyone you know gets referred here say you want to go elsewhere. My brother was referred to this place and he went from having weekly help to being seen once in 11months. He tried to end his life in September 2023 and they pushed his appointment back from February 2024 to July 2024. His doctor called them multiple times and was told to get him there ASAP.
