19/08/2025 - I am adding to my previous comment yesterday following the business noting their bitter reply due to not liking my original review. A few hours (if that) after posting the review is when I received a text message stating he was not happy with my one star and that it was unjust. I provided proof of emails, texts and calls, none of which had been replied to. I was advised it was due to peek season and they were busy. Stepps Garden Services recently landscaped our garden and Jack (owner)the two Marks and Dylan were fantastic reliable and hard working lads we were delighted with the finish of the garden would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.
10/10 for the work they did will be using their services again
Jack and Mark did a great job of cutting back a mixed hedge and removing overgrown ivy and cotoneaster.All the garden waste was taken away ,leaving that area of the garden cleared. The price quoted was excellent. Great and professional workers . Would highly recommend these guys. We will definitely use them again.
The guys at Stepps Garden Services have been cutting our grass for a year & a half now. I am always really pleased with the way they leave my garden. It is always lovely, neat & tidy & they are really quick at doing it too. One job less for me each month! & they’re really reasonably priced too. Thanks so much guys. You’re great at what you do
