This team is incredible, from the point that I enquired about the property, to booking a viewing, to moving in and most recently, I have had some plumbing issues which were dealt with quickly and effectively. Special mention to Sam the property manager!
I rented a flat for 4 years through stepping stones and have been really impressed by their service. Emails were responded to in a timely manner, and any time any service was needed (electrician/handyman/plumber) they organised it very quickly- even next day sometimes!
My experience with Stepping Stones Letting Agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was plagued with issues that no one should have to endure. I’ve been renting a flat in Banbury for 2 and a half years with Stepping Stone letting and it has been the best time I had in a rented property. The house was stunning and in perfect conditions.
