I recently had an experience with Stepping Stone, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The service provided felt lacking, particularly in the initial stages of the process. I believe it would be beneficial for the organization to implement a brief phone conversation between clients and their assigned counselors before the assignment is made. I rent rooms from Stepping Stones and really cannot fault them. Clients often comment at how relaxed they feel in the rooms. Its great to be able to rent rooms where everyone is welcoming and friendly,
Stepping Stones, I would highly recommend it to any counsellors looking for a space to use and work from. I have worked with clients in the private counselling rooms at Stepping Stones and each room has an individual feel and theme, which supports the client in feeling more relaxed in the therapeutic space. I have had a very positive experience and also a great opportunity to meet other counsellors and therapists. A friendly team and this is one area, that I feel is important and supports a positive environment.
