Dr. McCollam is an AWESOME surgeon! Diagnosed my shoulder problem, corrected it through surgery, and followed up. Once the surgery started, he found more damage than anticipated. When I woke after surgery, it was to Dr. McCollam saying “You got the Blue Plate Special!” Full recovery and now pain free. Dr. McCollam made my life so much better! Kind, professional and at the top of his game. I wouldn’t recommend any other orthopedic surgeon !!!!
In my 77 years of living my life only two doctors have I felt actually cared about me and my overall well-being. Dr. McCollum is one of them! And he is the real deal! And after 30 years of no doctors I needed to find one like him; takes time with me, laughs, shares experiences and makes me feel 'I made the right choice'.

Dr McCollams recognition of condition and diagnosis. Will probably need surgery but I feel very confident in his ability to correct my condition. He was very thorough in his explanationsand took as much time as needed to make sure I was satisfied with his diagnosis.
Dr McCollam treated and eventually performed a very successful surgery on my dominant hand. I am now back in the gym and playing sax and guitar. He and his staff are top notch.
Dr. McCollam was one of the best doctors i’ve ever encountered..Most amazing thing was he didn,t. rush me to get thru my concerns with shoulder/ rotator ..And he patiently detailed what he chose for next step in .. Wish i had found him 10 years ago!
Listened to concerns, thorough exam, explained diagnosis, initiated treatment, radiographs in office, 1 mo follow up scheduled. Compassionate, knowlegeable, efficient. Definitely recommend.
