Scam!!! Recently recived email from this company pretending to be amazon and asking me to follow a link to get my personal details due to a problem with my amazon order which I didn't place or subscribed on the first place I'm attaching a screenshot of email and who it came from
OK the boiler service was good but we phoned to pay the bill at 10am on Thursday left a message to get back to us no one phoned same as when we phoned to book the repair, told by a women only she worked in accounts and under alot of pressure couldn't cope I suppose not my problem should employ more staff. Apart from that if you get a member of staff to answer your call the service was good.
Awful service. No call back. In the end approached a different company who fixed the boiler problem in 20 mins. I will now have my boiler service done by the company who fixed my problem.
