This was my first time in Dr. Loller's office and it was a great experience. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival by the front office manager. No paperwork was necessary because I handled all of it from the comfort of my home before my appointment. The dental assistant Jennifer was great! She talked with me and did not make me feel rushed at all. Once Dr. Loller arrived, she also took her time and walked me through everything she was doing. I looked at a lot of places before going to Dr. Loller. I am a high-maintenance, rather phobic dental patient - and they were just great! Didn't have to wait, Jennifer was fabulous, everyone was patient and kind, and I sailed through! I'm delighted to add my two cents to the list of delighted clients!
