I continue to be very pleased by the engagement of the entire staff with patients. First, Veronica and/or Jennifer offer a warm, friendly greeting when you walk in the door. Then, you are called back by one of the hygenists. They both are great! I was with Erin this time, and she provides a lot of education without chastising, and recommended the waterpik as a flossing alternative, which I really appreciate. Staff and dentist are like extended family. Very kind and caring. Professional and excellence personified. Dr. Loller keeps the very latest technology in dentistry which promises an exciting and painless experience. All this coming from a patient who was one of those who dreaded and avoided dental visits. What a transformation which I credit to the finest dental office in Santa Clara County. I am a grateful and satisfied customer!
