It’s impossible to get an appointment. Don’t waste your time
First, let me say that my in-person experiences with the technicians at the Rockville location have been pleasant and hassle-free. Why only 3 stars then? Other reviewers have mentioned that it is almost impossible to actually schedule an appointment. This is 100% accurate. My first attempt in 2022 was via their website contact form. I never received a response. My second attempt via numerous phone calls and automated voice responses eventually led to a human. I explained that I never received a response to my email. Been coming for years Toni is so sweet and I barely feel the needle when she draws blood.
StemExpress is legit. You read and sign consent forms, give them your blood, and get paid. It's that easy. Your money comes in the form of a Visa giftcard, but you can actually transfer the money directly into your bank account with a small fee, similar to an ATM fee if you took out cash. You keep the Visa card and they just keep refilling it with money each time you come in. Everything is super sterile and they make sure your safety is #1.
