I dont know how their service is but I just watched one of their employees in a company van hit a car in lot 10 downtown at about midnight and drive off. If they pull that shady stuff, I wonder what else their employees will do.

Love you guys! I needed you twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time you couldn't find anything wrong (I thought there might be mold in the ducts and there wasn't) and you didn't even charge a call out fee. Spookily (not your fault) my A/C completely broke down last night. I called at 7:30 am and the technician picked up (your 24-hour service isn't just a voicemail or answering service).
