My mother actually was the customer, they were very responsive in scheduling someone to diagnose the problem & quickly ordered parts & scheduled repair. Both gentlemen were very good to answer all her questions & address her concerns, as her previously used company wasn't good at that. Will continue using in future. Thanks guys!!
I had an appointment scheduled the same day I called in which was a great start considering I had been out of air for a few days. The rep was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service as did the technicians. Great experience! They even brought a portable unit for us to use until our install date!

great service, was in and out in less than an hour.
Danielle Josh and the crew are amazing! They installed two UV lights in my air handlers after my house flooded. I noticed the power light wasn’t working and within 3 hours Anthony was there to repair the problem. I’m pretty sure they were more that 12 months old but Stellar warranted the repairs! Wow great service! Thank you again!
