Good experience. Helpful but not at all pushy. Pretty straightforward. This is assuming all goes well with the car, but it seems to be all good. The car was as expected based on the listing, no surprises. I knew the price "out the door" before going in person. The only "upsell" was that warranty options were offered, which is a nice option to have. Otherwise, no price negotiations.

It has been an amazing experience buying from these guys. I am 2000+ miles away, so had my reservations, but they went way beyond the call of duty to help me know what the car condition was. And they took care of a few little things on it for me before the purchase. Oleg and the entire crew there were very friendly and helpful. Thanks, guys! Next time I shop for a car, I will check with Stellar first.
I drove 30 miles to this dealer on saturday afternoon to see a car.. sales people they were care less and i was waiting to talk to somebody for 10 minutes nobody would help me with car finally i left. I do not recommend anyone to this dealer ship period.
The salesman was nice and professional but once I purchased the car he assured me, he'd contact me after he got me a key made for the car and now he won't respond to my telephone calls. The key that was given to me doest have the key remote for the doors trunk nor the alarm. So with each startup the alarm sounds...

The car listed had been keyed in the drivers door. This did not appear in the listing. Also when we got there, there was only one salesperson and he was busy
