Had a confirmed appointment with Bella at 10:30. Drove through terrible rain to keep appointment only to find out she wasn't there when we arrived. 'Shawn' told us the car was off site and it would take about 15 mintues to retrieve it. We said sure but wanted to look at the Carfax. That turned out to be a mess. The car had been in 2 accidents, had front end damage in one and airbags deployed. But like Shawn states "only one time did the airbags deploy"...what???? I would never deal with this place again!

Hello J, sorry you had to drive through the rain. We are all about not wasting anyone's time including ours. We are always willing to send you a carfax before you come out to see a car. A good percentage of cars on the road have had accidents. What really matters is if they were fixed by reputable body shop to insurance industry standards. Had to call multiple times and email multiple times to request carfax and when I called today their inbox was full so they couldn't take voicemails.
We wound up buying a different car. It was a great experience Shane helped us find a few suv to test drive. We drove several after the Ford but non of these really grabbed my wife's attention. Shane reminded us to check the Web site for vehicles as they had more at another lot. It was one of those we wound up buying. Very attentive salesperson who never pressured or rushed us. One of our best car buying experiences.
