Terrible, terrible, terrible ....customer service is horrible. Very shady. Stay away from this dealership. I dealt with Bella and Sean. I was very interested in buying a vehicle, but they gave me the run around and to find out they sold the car in the process. They never returned any phone calls. Read all the reviews before dealing with them. I wish I had done that before wasting my time with them.
Dealer responded in a timely manner. Tried to negotiate a deal but the price was firm. No issues with this dealer.
Great communication but change price over night
I text them my number and few minutes they return my call we set appointment the next day and I went there we did the transaction and everything went right.
They were business-like but a little brusque. The car was sold without me having a chance to make another offer.

I met with Ari and test drove the car. It was a very positive experience. It was simply the wrong car for me. I would do business with Stellar in the future.
Sean was friendly and answered all questions. I would recommend.
They responded promptly to mail mail by telling me to phone them. I contacted them and asked few questions and if the price was negotiable, they said it was not negotiable at all. I don't really like to do business with someone that doesn't even give 100$ discount, we all know they have margins and it just looks good to throw something in to the customer, I will not drive to you if this is how you do business. Never went to see the car.

Marco, we do clearly state in the description of every car the fact that our prices are no-haggle. We do not want to waste anyone"s time so I don't see how that could be any of our fault.
Excellent people to deal with. No Hassell and no haggle. Good selection of cars.
