Went above and beyond as far as customer service, followed up on appointment, had the car washed and ready to go. Hopefully they can work out financing too.
Very straightforward and knowledgeable.
Extremely unprofessional. I still want the car they have advertised but refuse to do business with them. I called for the best price and they told me I had to physically go to their dealership. When I explained that I was three states away it did not matter. They don't do any business over the phone or the net. They seem to be stuck in 1980.

David, one of our goals is to avoid a waste of customer's and our own time. That's why in the description of every car we clearly state that we don't haggle on the price. Our best price is given upfront in the ad.

The vehicle had many issues that the dealer was not aware of and they had no flexibility in price even after problem areas were pointed out! They should know the vehicles condition before advertising for sale and some minor cosmetic repairs would be appropriate, especially when holding firm on price
