I spoke with the dealer daily regarding the car I was interested in. I paid for a local mechanic to check the car for me and was in contact with the dealer about some minor body work needed to repair scratches that vandals had etched in the side panel. They did not return my email yesterday and now today tell me that the car has been sold. Apparently, even though I paid for a mechanic's time and attempted daily contact trying to complete this sale, they saw fit to sell it out from under me. Overall, I really enjoyed doing business with Stellar Auto. My husband and I live about an hour away. Because of the distance, we wanted to ask a number of questions about the car and the final price, before leaving town. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly, without being pushy about trying to make a sale. This is a small place, and their prices appear to be somewhat better, than going to a large dealership.
