car was not even clean no attention when I arrived had to wait to discuss price and then he kept my license so I had to drive back to get it terrible experience!
Rapid response haven’t been able to drive up to Burbank to look at the car do to the holidays
They didn’t fill the gas tank prior to purchase, I had to wait forever to get answers to my questions because the guy kept having to call his boss for the answers. The guy promised me a lot of things then after spending most of my day there told me a lot of his promises wouldn’t happen. Love my car though, just poor customer service.
I was very impressed with the prompt email response to my inquiry that included the car fax report copy that I had specifically requested. During my follow up telephone conversation, the dealership representative provided me with lots of important details regarding the vehicles specific condition. Overall this dealership displayed true excellence in their communications.
Stellar Auto responded to my inquiry promptly. The vehicle I was interested in was available. However, circumstances beyond my control (Malibu Wildfires) made it impossible for me to arrange to see the vehicle. I will contact them again.
