Salesman tried to snow me on the options to keep the price up. I used to have this same model and year and I know everything about it. Big mistake. Lost a customer
I contacted Stellar Auto about the vehicle. They responded in very timely fashion! I asked for a video of the car and they sent me a detailed video and also pointed out just about everything about the car in the video.......very honest! Only reason I did t get the car is because I found the specific car I was originally looking for elsewhere.....I highly recommend this dealer!

I thought all the gentlemen (3) that I saw were helpful, and considerate. They allowed me to see the vehicle and test drive it even though I didn't have an appointment. The salesman that I had been emailing with was not working that day and still they were helpful and courteous. I'm sorry I can't give you names because I would like to acknowledge them but I didn't ask and I should have. I made an offer on this car and was told that the price was FIRM at $8300 plus tax, license, etc. The next day it had a $500 price reduction. Is it any wonder why the car has been sitting on the lot for over 2 months?

Keith has requested a reduction in price of $2,300 in an email for a vehicle, which has been advertised for $8,300. He did not see the car, did not have it inspected, did not even give us a call to talk about the car. Figuring that this is a waste of time, we have replied that, as our description states, the price is firm.The price of the 2007 Lincoln Town car has been later reduced by $500, as Keith stated, and the vehicle got sold THE SAME DAY for the now full price of $7800; still $1,800 more than Keith wanted to acquire ... read more
