I was very impressed with the prompt email response to my inquiry that included the car fax report copy that I had specifically requested. During my follow up telephone conversation, the dealership representative provided me with lots of important details regarding the vehicles specific condition. Overall this dealership displayed true excellence in their communications.
Stellar Auto responded to my inquiry promptly. The vehicle I was interested in was available. However, circumstances beyond my control (Malibu Wildfires) made it impossible for me to arrange to see the vehicle. I will contact them again.

Super friendly, usual salesman jargon, but not a big deal. We drove an hour to take it for a test drive, looked it over, then made our way back to the dealership. When the salesman made his way back to us, he asked how we liked it, we said it was a great jeep and we were interested. We did, however, Kelly Blue Book it as well as look up the value on NADA, and they were a couple thousand dollars higher than the highest value. KBB and NADA are useful tools in determining the value of generic cars. They don't always represent the market value; more so for special cars such as 2005 Jeep Wrangler X with 49,000 ORIGINAL MILES, which you were looking at.
