Don’t work here!!! Full of agency staff with high turnover, as soon as I started I was told by other staff members not to accept a permanent position, catty environment and was then let go for calling in sick once lol love it ♥️ only stay if desperate and short term

Bit slow on collection but very helpful and only place that could get the parts I needed as main dealer said not available

Had to collect from Avonmouth depo because they wouldn’t deliver to my home address where my business is registered, then had to wait 10 minutes at the desk to been seen whilst 3 or 4 people were milling about chatting and joking.

A parts department that you have to know exactly what you want and order over the phone, it's more a pick up point, the staff doesn't have a clue what parts are what and their schematic drawings are useless, on top of that after a half hour wait I realised they had forgotten/ ignored me, then to find the clips I wanted for the wheel arch trims where wrong and the refund took three days after I chased it up, the correct clips came as a whole fixing kit at £90 each, I needed both sides, if this was private and not a government... read more
