Avoid Harveys at all cost! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Horrific customer service- would not recommend to anyone. I paid 2k for a sofa which arrived damaged, I made no fuss & waited months for a new sofa to be delivered- this arrived on Saturday even worse than the first one. So bad they weren't even able to set it up- I asked for my old broken sofa to be bought back in as a temporary measure.
