I doubt I will return as this building reeks of toxic "air fresheners ". There has to be several plugged in. With all the available research on the negative health effects of these products, they have no business in a medical center.
West Tenaya needs to make employees work. They walk back and forth while a full waiting room. Then move you to another room and nothing. Been here an hour now past my mother's appointment time. What a shitty operation.
I love the staff there,I been going there for 2yrs now,they were very comforting& encouraging when I was going thru my breast cancer(I'm a survivor!!! Thank You Lord!!!) I just love them,I even made a couple of a friends from going there over the years(Hey Rona!!!,I just love Her so much,I love Her spirit....Im so glad they have staff like that working there,because that's what we need, when facing those challenges, that brought Us there to begin with....Thank Yiu All,SDMI,I'm so very grateful....
I really want to give no stars because my mammogram has been canceled twice. I'm cash pay and the first time they just did it "because my insurance doesn't cover it", which I already knew, today it's because the referral my PCP office mailed me wasn't on their form or some-such nonsense. Someplace else is getting my cash pay for the entire test. So far it's been about six months trying to get the mamo done.
My second experience with the Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging and I really would recommend that Senior Dimensions would include them within their contractual company. Thank you(c.born)
