For the simple fact that you don't take appointments for chest x-rays, and there's always a long line of people. I'm sorry but no quality of service excuses your lack of accommodation for people with busy schedules.
My experience with Steinberg Diagnostic has always been a positive one. They did their job professionally, while making me feel comfortable. I have no problem with exams at SDI.

I'd waited an hour and 10 mins., before they called me for my paperwork, the one processing it, didn't even asked how am I doing, just asked for my ID and that's it, the technologist, same thing, never introduced herself , never said Hi, trying to get her name but her ID is hiding for me to see, while doing the procedure, she even had attitude , remarks that I couldn't understand , very uncomfortable for me with her unfriendly attitude , she's a tall, skinny, blonde hair. Steinberg is strictly about the money and covering their liability by having the patience do all the footwork as the doctors do not want the exposure. They will have you jump through hoops for no particular reason other than to protect the doctors back. Always remember that this corporation has nothing to do with your health only their profits and convenience. Your just there for the co-pay.
