Took three hours of waiting for a 2 min x ray. I will never come here again, I will request another medical office in the future. Horrible care and service, no one seems to have answers. Beyond disappointed.

Mri at 2pm. It's now 2:18 pm watching 3 people at the desk shooting the shit. One just plugged in her cell phone then proceeded to eat a cupcake at the desk with her foot up on the chair and talk some more. Finally she finished her cupcake drank some water and put her foot down. Checked her computer and finally called my husband up to check him in. Totally totally unprofessional behavior. After working in the emergency room for 25 years I have never seen such unprofessional behavior as this in a medical setting.

Waiting for a call back on diagnostic for over a week now. Calling is useless. Been hung up on after waiting for 20 min twice before even being talked to. Operator voice mail is full and there is no one to talk to one phone.

Useless. Wouldn't want the people there to do their job and call the insurance company for the authorization for a CT scan. They just sit by the fax machine and wait for stuff to come to them. It is not my job to get that information that's the insurance company and the facility doing the scans job. The only reason people still go to this place is because it's one of the few facilities like this in town

They ask you to show up 30 minutes before your schedule appointment, so I did. Sit in the lobby for 55 minutes, had my mamo then, sit in the back room for another hour waiting for ultrasound. There over 2 hours for procedure that both took less then 15 minutes. Not happy with this place, unorganized, dirt bathroom (hair and cleaning rag in sink). After ultrasound not offer anything to clean yourself up with! Really that gel is on your body, towel and grown. A little washcloth would be nice. Not happy with this place.

To Ashley the ultrasound nurse to Dr. Moneii...(sorry i misspelled your name) i was so scared. You guys made it better. Barely waited. Pleasant people from start to finished

My husband had a port placement today, we were told to call the office if we had problems. I canned the office at about 5:30 and was told there was no one there, no after hours line, was put on hold and then hung up on. When is procedure is done “out patient” someone should be on call to handle this. I should not have been told to call there if we had issues I’d no one was going to be available. I should have been told the correct thing to do. This is a complete disgrace. I will be filing complaints.

2+ weeks ago, I made an appointment for an arthrogram/MRI, scheduled for tomorrow. About 3:30, today, I get a phone call cancelling my appointment and informing me that the soonest I could be seen was in another 2.5 weeks. Lets ignore the fact that Ive been waiting 2+ weeks for an appointment and that I'd need to wait an additional 2.5 weeks to get seen.
