RecommendedThe staff is very nice and friendly. They care about their patients. I thanked the technician for his patience. The only thing I did not like was the waiting time. I recommend Steinberg Diagnostic.
Imaging technicians Donna and Lindsey were really fast, efficient, and totally professional in the way they took care of my wife's tests.
My Ob/gyn doctor refer me to this radiology to do my first Mammogram check up. Their call center whom made the appointment for me is very friendly and willing to do any accommodations. Also, their staff are very friendly too. Making sure I’m not nervous with their mammography equipment. The staff in Steinberg Diagnostic did very good job to keep my records send directly to my Ob/gyn doctor immediately. Definitely I will comeback for another Mammogram follow up, if my health insurance allowed.
Prompt, professional and kind. Always reasonably paced, not too long a wait except during very busy hours. Techs are fine, all imaging I've had done here has been very clear and useful in imaging needs.
I just called to schedule an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound. I used to be able to get them both at the same time. I was told that the policy changed and I now have to come in twice!!! Additionally there are no appointments past 3:30. As a teacher this makes me so angry!!! I used to be able to come in after work once, now I need to take off from work twice?!?! This is terrible customer service. Teachers can only go to Steinberg on our insurance.
Ongoing issue with getting procedure pre-authed and they won't fix it! 1.5 years of fighting them!
I had an issue and someone named Stacey was very quick to call me and fix the issue. She was prompt knowledgeable and apologetic. I appreciate her time patience and concern. She really seemed to care about her job and the way the patients were getting treated. She did a lovely job of resolving my issue . Still was upset that the issue happened and that I have heard it happens a lot but I was satisfied with her resolution.
