Bought a new boiler from them a couple years ago. Had to threaten to sue them to get the job finished. I have had nothing but problems with the boiler since. I called the competition to get the boiler fixed and found out that The Steffens tech that installed the boiler damaged the gas valve by incorrectly pressure testing the line. Steffens took my money and left me with a turd. Beware if you use them.
