The customer service received was exceptional, especially from Brooke. She contacted me as agreed every few days to update me on progress, and took account of a medical problem which arose during the repair process. The car was delivered back to me and Mark extracted the courtesy car from my garage as I was unable to drive, and returned my car to the garage. Excellent service all round.

I have just received my vehicle back after bodywork repair through my insurance. The process has been 100% and has taken the stress out of it . I would especially like to thank Brooke who has kept me informed all through the process and has always contacted me when she had said she would. Also thank you to David and the driver who collected my vehicle and delivered it back who explained everything to me and brought it back gleaming.
