Extremely disappointing experience. The solicitor who drafted my Declaration of Trust did such a poor job that, after my relationship ended, it cost me tens of thousands in legal fees to resolve in mediation. Two barristers and another solicitor confirmed how badly the document had been written. To make matters worse, when I asked the firm for notes or drafts to clarify my situation, I was completely ignored. Very unprofessional and I would strongly advise avoiding this firm.
We were recommended Tim Higham at Steele Raymond for the conveyancing of a property in Canford Cliffs, by Tailor Made Estate Agents. We needed someone experienced and efficient to push the purchase through quickly. Tim and his Secretary Louise were excellent. Communication was very good. 'Ballistic' is probably a fair term to describe the process. We had an offer accepted to owning the property within three weeks. I'd say we would use them again, without hesitation.
