I stopped in just to around, a little nervous because I brought my kids to see the "castle" - but you guys were so amazing and welcoming! The mansion is a dream. It's just as amazing as you've heard. And upscale doesn't mean uptight :)
RecommendedOur son and daughter-in-law held their marriage and reception event here April 9,2016. It was a first time for all of us. This was quite a pleasant, beautiful, charming and intriguing place. The staff was excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. Everything the couple had requested for in nuptials and reception was done perfectly, beautifully without a miss. Amazing!! We can't brag enough about this Historic Inn, a true gem!! I'm so glad there are still people in this country that have passion about our historic national landmarks, these owners cared enough to take on the mighty task of restoration on this old worn out, burned, weathered, deteriorated historic mansion! RecommendedA wonderful experience . We stayed the night in the George Steele room. The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get up. Pillows galore of all different firmness. The staff treated us very well. Outstanding and just rich in history . A must visit for all. What a jewel, and such a wonderful restoration of beauty and architecture.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Steele Mansion. Our costume party could not have been better. The owners & staff are the most kind & accommodating. From food, service, decorating party room,right down to judging our costume contest for me. Thank you all. We will return soon.
RecommendedOur company hosted a 2 day work event at the mansion and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. The service is first class, the food was delicious and the mansion is gorgeous. I would highly recommend considering the mansion for wedding/baby showers, receptions, socials, meetings etc. You won't regret it!!
