My mother, a long time Painesville resident, is fascinated with the Steele Mansion history and has followed the recent refurbishment. Our family decided to surprise her with an overnight stay for her birthday. I was already aware of how beautiful the rooms were - but was impressed that the rooms were so comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful. We would love to come back!
The staff here totally exceeded my expectations! They were friendly, efficient and very accommodating to our every need. My aunt's wedding last night blew me away it was a wonderful experience the food was great the staff I can't say enough good things about them. Also it was a very comfortable and beautiful setting and there were gorgeous antiques everywhere yet it felt light and Airy with a little nostalgic feel to it but a laid-back Vibe as well. Spent the evening at the Steele Mansion for my Daughter and Son-In-Laws rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent, the staff was polite, and professional and the Mansion was beautiful! It was the perfect place for this event. We have many great memories from that night. Everything was excellent, I would highly recommend it for such an important occasion!
Enjoyed a Monday dinner recently and can't say enough wonderful things about the experience!! The food was delicious the service exceptional and the surroundings gracious. I highly recommend it
