If I could give them NO STARS I would! I was told they were coming for a estimate between 8 and 9. I called at 9 to see if they were still coming and they said "They couldn't make it today" Why wouldn't you call and tell the customer you couldn't come after they took off work!!!!!!!! And then the "technician" HUNG UP ON ME! They are rude and very unprofessional. Terrible company !!!

David diagnosed the problem right away and was honest about my options and up front about cost for the proposed work if I had them do it. Unfortunately they do not replace the master torque for this particular brand and it was more economical to go with a company that did rather than do a full conversion. i would call them again in a hearbeat and when I need a whole new garage door system I will call them.

I call on a Saturday morning to get my opener repaired and by 4:00 same day the work is done. Chris (the technician) was professional and knowledgeable. They came when they said they were coming, were less than the phone estimate, and even oiled up the rails and spring for me. When it comes time to repair or replace my door again, they will be the people I call. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We called them and they came very quickly. They are all very pleasent to work with and they are experienced. They saved us a lot of money. We go to them now.
