We needed to get a quote to repair our garage doors so I decided to give Steel City a call at 8:30 tonight in hopes to just leave a message to talk to someone in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone and said they could have someone out in the next 30 minutes. 3 minutes later our technician Charles called to confirm our address and let us know his ETA. Great, professional service from beginning to end. Charles performed my garage door installation. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. The quality of the garage door and installation excellent. I’ve had a few questions and one issue (found to be user-error :-)) since the installation and each time I got a prompt return call...even on a Sunday. I’d certainly recommend.
One of the only places to actually answer the phone and even better, they offered same day service! Our technician was extremely nice and it was very clear that he knew what he was doing. He informed me all the options and prices before he even started and that if I needed to, I could shop around. He fixed the whole system in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
