Made the process as easy and painless as possible, although I had largely decided on the car i was purchasing beforehand I wasn't met with a barrage of pushy sales tactics (working in sales myself these can be quite transparent!) Happy with the outcome, and would definitely recommend Mike and the other guys at the Norwich branch to anyone else looking to buy.
My partner and I were looking for a car to tow our caravan. We found a vehicle we were interested in from Stebbings Norwich. We were helped and advised from the start. The whole team were helpful and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. And at no point did we feel pressured into a sale. Nothing was too much trouble for them, in particular, Daniel. Such a nice guy and a credit to Stebbings. We are over the moon with our new car.
On having finance in place (just final documentation to complete on finding the right car) we decided to go into Stebbings in Norwich. We saw a Mercedes C220 estate that we decided was right for us. The original salesman we saw was fantastic and as the older member of the team was obviously passionate about his job (the 1star is for him!!) BUT after that all the problems started!
