The workers suck their one worker asked us will be being seated in we said no and he said well I'm not taking your order and we were standing there for the 25 minutes before we had to yell over the counter for someone to help us there standing around doing nothing but talking and not asked us if anybody needs help worst customer service ever they messed up our order and never apologize once again worst customer service ever and that place needs to be reevaluated�����
The service was slow...the whole place filthy dirty....food on floors under the tables bathroom filthy....never go there again....my first and last time at this steak n shake
The manager was rude,the service was unacceptable and the food was cold
After a long day my fam and i decided to go and they where busy and had only one server. He ask of us to wait a bit so we did his service was amazing and he was dealing with all the order and tables he made me wanna go back
Waitress was so rude to myself, other customers, and other workers. She outright said she wasn't going to help us. She got the order wrong and made a rude comment about not getting a tip on a to go order (basic breakfast one egg bacon and toast) she got wrong and cook bagged it up and gave it to me...so she deserved nothing for rudeness, wrong order, and treatment of all other people.
Service was good and friendly, meals were ready in no time.
The food is always good but my waitress is on the phone behind the counter where the drinks are while I'm trying to get her attention!!!
Chili dog was sloppy, fries was cold .... tired of fast food period. !!!!! Never going back there again just can't get fast food the way you want it any more !!!!!! Very sloppy
