Have never had a server be as rude as the one last night , he argued with customers at multiple tables and those customers all left, some while eating ,others while waiting on their orders.Then this guy , Reynaldo,went after my son while he was complaining to the manager.This guy not only treated customers horrible but he was a bully to the other workers there.He should have been fired on the spot.We will never return to this steak and shake and corporate will be made well aware of Reynaldo and his actions.
I had mold in my unsweetened tea. It was sour and was so nauseous after that. Whole place smelled like cat piss
