Malisimo servisio no vuelvo a este lugar ya havia a ido a otros y las meseras son mas atentas y en este no servia para nada,,aparte mi niña pidiendo su gorrito como 4 veses y la mesera desia q se lo iva a llevar y nunca lo llevo cuando vimos q estaba otras personas americanas y ella enseguida le llevo su gorrito a la otra niña,,me senti descriminada,,por ser hispana...
Buen servicio la comida excelente en especial las papas fritas deliciosa y los shake...espero volver pronto.....
Zero stars actually. Our waitress was fine but that place was FILTHY! Bathroom was disgusting! I even took pictures! Garbage all over main lobby. We almost walked out. Trash cans overflowing and all over the floor was toilet paper everywhere in the bathroom! In the booths, the seat that you sit on, behind it didn't look like they have been clean/wiped for months. Never getting my business there again and some guy that works there was outside talking to everybody. He should have been inside cleaning that dump up instead. Gros... read more
You need to get your act together 3rd time in one month and service was horrible today. We were sat down and no one ever came. Two other tables sat had drinks and order taken. So now heading to Culver's. Two managers in restaurant 1 sitting down eating during lunch rush other in kitchen with hands in his pocket. If I could rate you zero I would. FYI I'm a restaurant manager I know what service is.
Last night was the worse night I ever had in there my burger was made wrong I was waiting for 1hr for them to re make my burger by that time my family was done eating so I got up went to pay my bill talk to the manager about it he ask another employee if they made the burger after 1:30 min waiting she said I forgot smh love the food was disappointed about the services I drove 1hr to get there and walk out hungry
