I didn't have any issues with this place other than it took a little while to get our food, but it was in the afternoon and kinda busy. I didn't see any cleanliness issues so that must've been fixed. The hostess was nice, waitress was nice and the food was good. I don't get to steak and shake often so I'm glad my experience was good.
Horrible service. Short black cook threatening line cook. Cashier doesn't know how to work the register. Messed up a vanilla milkshake. Manager standing in the back writing on a clipboard. Assinine
2 days in a row, my friends and I came in to get food- for NO EMPLOYEE to serve us. Nobody came to the front counter to take our order the first day, so we went elsewhere. 2nd day we tried driving through, but they didn't let us order 4 combos. So they suggested we go inside. Once inside, we waited at the front register to place a takeout order and we remained unhelped AGAIN. THERE WAS EVEN A LINE BEHIND US of guests that ate in that were waiting to pay. Unbelievable.
Dirty i been 45 min. No food yet mens room out order tables dirty i was at a table with dirty forks on the sit dirty had to ask for napkins flies
Great customer service. Young black girl with blonde hair and braces. Meat non-existence. Shakes too late so I had to cancel them. Not the waitresses fault.
