Slowwwww service & uh MOLD. Disgusting.
This is the worst steak n shake on the planet. Obviously I have NOT been to all but there is no way anything could be worse than this. Attitudes as soon as you walk in the door. if they don't want to work they shouldn't. Help us customers out and quit. When we were finally sat the waitress didn't show up to take drink orders for 20 minutes. Because they have the slowest service ever we placed our food order with our drink order. Walked in at 3:05am and we were sat at a table ... didn’t get drinks till about 4am and food wasn’t out till 4:20 ... slow horrible service and it wasn’t even busy

Been going to this Steak and Shake forever. My Dad is 98 and loves their steak burgers,yesterday when we were there the manger saw me walking slowly with my Dad across the parking lot, he came out to help and held the door, a waitress was inside and help seat Dad to a close table,, now that's what I call out standing !!!!!Thanks to both of you !!!�
A little disappointed in my visit. Food service was a little slow .. and get this they were out of baked beans! Who runs out of beans and it’s only noon? Waitress was cheerful and pleasant though-can’t recall her name.
Horrible service, nasty, all the employees seem to have bad attitudes and the food was not good either. I used to love steak ‘n Shake but I will not go to that one ever again😡
When you come to breakfast and the waitress insults you because you do not leave a tip and she wants you to leave a tip. Tremendous lack of respect and professionalism. I'M NEVER GONNA COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN NEVER !!
